Optional technologies must not be added without updating this policy and implementing valid consent controls first. The public support assistant sends the question you submit to BuiltBehind’s support endpoint so it can return approved product information; this first version does not save a conversation history in the browser or support database.

5. Future changes

If analytics, advertising, embedded media or other optional technologies are introduced, BuiltBehind must disclose their provider, purpose and duration, block them before consent where required, and ask visitors to make a new choice.
